Typical day to day tasks include but are not limited to:

• Configure and maintain MOSS Applications for SharePoint 2010 farm
• Script and document deployment/install of web parts and features within MOSS and SharePoint 2010 environments
• Create system documentation and standard operating procedures for administration within MOSS and SharePoint 2010 frameworks
• Provide tier 3 technical support to site administrators when administration issues arise
• As needed, coordinate “feature” and “solution” deployment and testing with SharePoint Engineer, SharePoint Architect
• Assist development and technical teams with portal environments and architecture
• Configure and maintain system tasks such as automatic backups, site copies, site creations, virus scanner integration, etc.
• Assist users with permission.

The desired Telecommunications Technician will perform installation, routine/preventative maintenance, monitoring and repair support of telephony infrastructure (analog, digital, VoIP, voicemail systems, etc.) and perform all the duties of a Service Technician. The person must have MAC experience on some/all products listed below and cabling experience cross-connecting, punching, terminating, and test verification.
